1. Prices and servicesApproximate prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.). However, the price stated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. For the range of contractually agreed services and prices, their breakdown in the voucher is binding. The lodger is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure).2. Cancellation of stay by the customerThe customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to the address rezervace@mumlavaresort.cz The date and time of sending the email are decisive for determining the time of cancellation of the stay.For larger groups or longer stays, individual cancellation fees can be negotiated.The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the aforementioned cancellation fees if he could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, serious illness, recall order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to document the above-mentioned facts with a written document to the accommodation company no later than 3 days after their occurrence.3. Obligations of the guest- Comply with the operational rules of the Mumlava Resort and the adjacent sports ground, including the relaxation zone.- During the stay, the guest is obliged to observe order and cleanliness in the apartments and their surroundings, the relaxation zone and the adjacent sports ground.- Observe night silence between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.- Immediately report to the operator of MumlavaResort any defects, damages or problems caused or detected. The guest is responsible for all damage to the accommodation provider's property caused by his actions.- The guest is not entitled to charge any means of transport based on an electric motor from the private network of Mumlava Resort. This violation is sanctioned by a contractual fine in the amount of EUR 200, which will be subject to immediate payment upon discovery of this fact, or deducted from the account.4. Personal dataThe guest agrees to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of ensuring a stay at the Mumlava Resort accommodation facility. Personal data (especially name, surname and address, telephone and electronic contact, OP number, passport or other identity document, date of birth, permanent residence, nationality) of the guest are stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular with the Personal Data Protection Act no. 101/2000 Coll. as amended and regulations. The provider uses all photography and video recording of events and personal data obtained from guests exclusively for internal use (for the purpose of fulfilling the contract) and for business and marketing promotion. It does not provide it to third parties. The guest expressly agrees to these exceptions by sending the order. Personal data of guests is fully secured against misuse. Data is stored and not shared with third-party applications. By sending the order, the guest provides his personal data voluntarily and agrees to the processing and collection of his personal data in the provider's database, including the successful fulfillment of the contract for the purpose of a possible offer of services by the provider, until the time when the guest expresses his disagreement with this processing in writing. The guest has the right of access to his personal data and the right to its protection, including other legal rights to this data.5. ValidityThese business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order or accommodation voucher (voucher).​
