Prices and Services  The approximate prices for accommodation and other services are published in the presentation materials of the Hotel Ostrov (web pages, leaflets etc ). For the customer it is obligatory the price that is listed in the voucher, which is sent as a booking confirmation to customer via email. The Hotel´s operator is entitled in cases that can not control (eg force majeure), agreed to change the conditions of reservation .    2. Cancelling the reservation  The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time prior to arrival . Cancellation of stay requires a written electronic form (e-mail with return receipt ) to the address recepce@hotelostrov.com . Crucial to the date of the cancellation of residence is the date and time of sending the email.  Cancellation fees up to three rooms (groups have different fees): - before 14:00 three days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee - after 14:00 three days prior to arrival - 100% price for ordered accomodation - no-show - 100% of price of ordered accomodation and services  For larger groups can be arranged individual cancellation fees.  The hotel operator will not charge the cancellation fees if the following happens: family bereavement, hospitalization of the customer or a family member, serious illness, military call up, disaster. Above the customer has to provide proof within 3 days of the occurrence.    3. Validity These terms and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the order and the accommodation voucher. For group stays can be negotiated other terms and conditions of booking.
