CLARIFICATION OF BUSINESS AND CANCELLATION TERMS Contractual conditions for accommodation in the Garni Hotel ASAS***from 1 January 2022. Reservations can be made by phone, email or viathe reservation forms on our official website / pages www.hotel-asas.cz or on the portals pensionhotel.cz, atlas česka .cz,penziony.cz, hotel.cz, hotel-ubytovani.com, etc. Your reservationwill be confirmed in writing immediately. At the same time, you willbe sent the contractual, payment and cancellation conditions for thegiven category (a,b) of the reservation. 1.1a) FLEXI 14 In the case of a reservation with a deadline of 14 ormore days, i.e. a few weeks or months after the reservation is made,you will be charged a deposit of 100% of the total price of theaccommodation, which is due in 1-2 days according to the due datestated in the confirmation email to the account number 233 725 168/0300 Čsob Most pro ČR or authorization of the deposit from theprovided payment card is made. . For a bank transfer,the hotel may require payment confirmation, especially for earlycheck-in payments or for reservations made by foreign clients. Telephone reservations made on the given or the following day mustalways be confirmed in writing by SMS or email stating the first andlast name, address, email contact, date of stay and requested room.Accommodation is paid in full (total or additional payment) uponarrival in cash or by credit card.1.2 If the deposit for the reserved rooms is not paid by the due dateor if it is not possible to authorize the deposit from the providedpayment card, the reservation will be automatically canceled!!! Theguest is informed of this fact by email, on the basis of which he canimmediately contact the hotel to explain or correct his omission andthus keep his reservation valid. 2. Cancellation conditions are divided into several categoriesaccording to the date of creation of the reservation from the date ofthe stay.Flexi 14100% of the deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceledwithin 13 days before the day of arrival. If the reservation iscanceled 12 days or less before the day of arrival, the deposit isrefundable only in the amount of 50%. If the reservation is canceledon the day of arrival, the deposit is already fully non-refundable.Flexi 3a deposit of 100% is refundable if the reservation is canceled up to3 days before the day of arrival. If the reservation is canceled 2 orless days before the day of arrival, the deposit is refundable onlyin the amount of 50%. If the reservation is canceled on the day ofarrival, the deposit is already fully non-refundable.In the event of a group booking and subsequent non-occupancy of oneof the rooms without the guest notifying us of this fact in advance,at the latest 1 day before the day of arrival, this room will becharged to the guest in full as occupied !!!!!!! 1.3. ValidityThese business and cancellation conditions are an integral part ofthe accommodation order and accommodation voucher (voucher). 4. The hotel reserves the right to change its contractual terms andprices of accommodation / services during the year. Reservations thatfall into the new price plan upon departure, despite the reservationbeing made during the validity period of the old price plan, will bepaid upon the client's arrival according to the current prices at thegiven time. The date of creation of the client's reservation is nottaken into account here, as is the preliminary calculation price whenconfirming the reservation. 5. The hotel reserves the right to collect deposits/advances in theamount of CZK 2,000 per room for any damages caused by violations ofthe hotel's accommodation rules. The deposit is refundable ifeverything in the room is in order upon the guest's departure, i.e.after checking the room. The deposit is paid in cash at thereception.
