CANCELLATION POLICY:a) stays for 1-2 nights including:Free cancellation is possible min. 1 days before arrival.In case of cancellation of the ordered services less than 1 day before arrival or on case of no-show, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the first night of the ordered services, which were not used.b) stays for 3 nights and more:Free cancellation is possible min. 5 days before arrival.If the stay is canceled or shortened 4-2 days before arrival, 50% of the total value of the ordered services will be charged.If canceled up to 2 days before arrival or by no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the value of the ordered services.In case of early departure, 100% of the value of the ordered services that have not been used will be charged.c) stays in the period 29.12. - 31.12.:Free cancellation is possible until 30.11.. If the reservation is canceled after this date, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee as follows:- 29-21 days before arrival: 20% of the total price of the stay- 20-14 days before arrival: 40% of the total price of the stay- 13-7 days before arrival: 80% of the total price of the stay- 6-0 days before arrival: 100% of the stayWhen using the "prepay / non-refundable" price offer, the total payment of the stay on the day of booking is required. The price of the reservations is non-refundable. In case of change of reservation or by cancellation, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation value.Note: These conditions are valid for individual reservations and for reservations from our website. The started cancellation conditions are not valid for groups. With pleasure we will send you group cancellation conditions on request.Additional Terms and conditions 1. Price and services   Indicative prices of accommodation and any other services are presented in the presentation materials of the proprietor (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price stated in the accommodation voucher (the voucher) is binding on the customer. For the extent of contracted services and prices, their breakdown in the voucher is obligatory. The proprietor is entitled to change the agreed conditions of residence in cases which cannot be influenced (e.g. force majeure). 2. Cancellation of accommodation by the customer The customer is authorized to cancel the order at any time prior to arrival, according to the cancellation policy above. Cancellation of the stay requires a written electronic form (email with a receipt) to the email address hotel.liberec@pytloun-hotels.cz. The date and time of sending an email is decisive for determining the cancellation period. For larger groups, individual cancellation fees may be negotiated. The proprietor will not charge the customer the above cancellation fees if he could not draw the contracted services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, serious illness, authorisation order, natural disaster. The above fact is required to be documented by the customer by written proof to the proprietor within 3 days of their creation. 3. Validity These business and cancellation conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation coupon (voucher).
