Hotel Buly Aréna Kravaře

General Business Terms and Conditions ( referred to as the "Conditions")   1. Booking your accommodation and other services at Buly ArénaBuly Aréna hotel reservation and confirmation of this reservation is possible only in written form, usually by e-mail. The confirmation of the booking is considered to be either the automatic e-mail confirmation generated by the online booking system or an e-mail confirmation directly from the Buly Arena Hotel.  2. Cancellation of accommodation and other services at Hotel Buly ArénaCancellation of a confirmed booking can also be done only in written form, eg. by e-mail. The exact way to cancel the booking is given by the reservation system used for the reservation. When booking accommodation directly at Buly Aréna, cancellations are considered to be a cancellation  e-mail addressed to the Buly Aréna Hotel or a cancellation in the hotel's online booking system. When cancellation is made via external providers (eg Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.), it is also necessary to cancel the reservation via this external provider in the way the external provider requests. In this case, the written notification to the Hotel Buly Arena is NOT considered to be the cancellation of the reservation.   3. Change of reservation at Buly ArenaThe requirement for a change of reservation, ie shifting of the ordered services in the original extent to another date, is considered to be the cancellation of the the original reservation according to point 2 of these Conditions and is governed by the same regime as cancellation of the reservation.   4. CancellationsIf the reservation is canceled according to the second and third point of these Conditions, Buly Arena will be entitled to cancellation fees under the following conditions, unless stated otherwise: - Cancellation of the reservation 5 days and more before the date of the check-in: FREE –(Cancellation of the reservation prepayment or cancellation fees) 5 days (inclusive) and less before the date of the check-in: 100% of the total booked booking price in the canceled reservation. Group bookings, ie bookings for more than one room, are subject to the individual terms and conditions set by the hotel Buly Arena during confirmation of such reservation. 5. Cancellations and non-refundable deposits in special casesHotel Buly Arena reserves the right to set a special cancellation fee. In these special cases (eg long-term reservation, group reservation), the Buly Arena may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation required. Such payment in advance is non-refundable, ie the reservation rules do not apply in case of timely cancellation according to the point 4 of these Conditions. The guest will be notified in advance of the reservation request that the reservation is to be so called special case mode as well as the fact that this standard is not subject to the standard rules of these Cancellation Conditions.       6. Failure of the client arrivalIf the client does not arrive in the reserved time of the accommodation and does not cancel his reservation in written form, the reservation is canceled and the standards of point 4 of these Conditions apply. 7. Check-in and check-outCheck-in is possible from 14:00. Guests arriving later than 22:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel by e-mail or by telephone and communicate their estimated time of arrival. Early check-in is possible, free of charge, if the hotel room is available  upon agreement with the hotel reception. The guest is required to clear the room (check-out) the last day of a valid reservation until 10 pm. Later clearance of the hotel is possible only after prior agreement with the reception and is not guaranteed. These Terms and Conditions of Business are contractual and may be modified in special cases by a specific contract.
